Job Role: Risk and Compliance Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to join their team, contributing to critical projects driving operational excellence and regulatory adherence.

This role will be instrumental in supporting the design and implementation of key initiatives, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system enhancements and Operational Due Diligence process improvements.

  • Support project teams with data gathering, requirement analysis, and documentation maintenance.
  • Coordinate project activities, facilitate effective communication, and track progress.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring project deliverables meet required standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful Protecht roadmap execution, encompassing scope, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with other business units, providing current state process support and contributing to future state designs.
  • Provide system support, migrating historical data, designing, and training.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and engagement with other business units.
  • Support production verification testing of production deployment releases, assisting with user acceptance test planning, test cases, and test execution.

About You:

Bring experience implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems and a mix of risk experience and project management expertise. Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A minimum of 3-4 years' professional experience is required, with experience in the financial services industry preferred. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
