Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues and escalate when necessary
  • Document, track, and follow up on customer interactions and provide accurate and detailed information in our CRM system
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships and exceeding expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
