Role Responsibilities
Evaluate
AI-generated financial plans and advisory outputs
for
accuracy, compliance, and client relevance
.
Calibrate
investment and retirement planning models
to ensure soundness and suitability for clients.
Simulate and audit workflows such as
asset allocation, risk profiling, and retirement income planning
.
Review and refine
AI-produced reports, recommendations, and strategic documents
with a focus on real-world client needs.
Collaborate asynchronously with AI and product teams to
improve reliability, compliance, and trustworthiness
of AI-driven advisory systems.
Requirements
2+ years of experience
as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or in related advisory roles.
Bachelor's degree
in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
Advanced certifications
(CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC) strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of
financial planning principles
including
retirement, estate, and investment planning
.
Strong
client-facing communication skills
with ability to interpret and explain complex financial strategies.
Familiarity with
compliance, regulatory standards, and fiduciary responsibilities
in financial advising.
