Senior Program Office Management / Program Coordinator

Job Overview:

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Office Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our program management office, you will be responsible for providing integrated client-facing performance management reporting for small programs or accounts, or sections of larger programs or accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain governance metrics for small programs or accounts or sections of larger programs or accounts.
  • Establish and maintain assigned account(s) master calendar.
  • Analyze and review the use of account processes.
  • Consolidate and analyze metrics for governance, processes, and account reviews; recommend service improvements across the accounts.
  • Manage project lifecycle activities.
  • Engage in project milestone management and related financial activities.
  • Perform basic project financial reviews.
  • Develop account customer satisfaction survey questions and communication plans.
  • Verify client-facing account level reports for accuracy.
  • Review project integration processes and reporting for accuracy.
  • Develop training materials on processes, tools, and reporting for clients and the company.

Requirements:

  • At least six years of PMO / business management or related experience.
  • Experience working with account management systems and project management tooling.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment.
