Job Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our platform, contributing to the growth of our product teams, and tackling complex technical challenges.

  • Tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to the evolution of our architecture.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and implement new features.
  • Own the entire feature lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
  • Lead by example, providing thoughtful feedback and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Cross-team collaboration to empower other teams with our shared services.

With extensive experience building and operating web-based software applications, you will have a deep understanding of scalability, security, and maintenance.

Solid experience in one or more of TypeScript, Go, Kotlin, or Ruby, and a strong willingness to learn new languages and technologies.

A proven track record of building and maintaining both backend and frontend services. You know how to build robust APIs and develop responsive, visually appealing user interfaces.

A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Your process is reliable, and you are an advocate for test-driven development.

Excellent communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly, listen to others' perspectives with empathy, and contribute to a kind and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
