About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate leader to join our team as a Care Services Team Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of approximately 30 community support workers who provide in-home services to the elderly across the South West region of Adelaide.

Your primary focus will be on providing coaching, leadership, and guidance to your team, with the goal of achieving exceptional customer service outcomes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that your team is developed at all stages, including recruitment, induction, and ongoing training and development.

You will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders, and will be able to drive positive change and ensure compliance in your area of responsibility. Your time will be split between working in the office, in the field with your team, and from home when needed.
