About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Careers Engagement Consultant to join our team at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). As a key member of our Trans-Tasman Careers Engagement team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing stakeholder engagement tactics to inspire and educate students and graduates about becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and inspire students and graduates about the benefits and opportunities of a career in accounting.
  • Manage relationships with employers, graduates, educators, students, and other key stakeholders to promote and support brand campaigns and values.
  • Promote and support brand campaigns and values through various channels and initiatives.
  • Manage a team of CA Student Representatives on campus to ensure effective engagement and outreach.
  • Represent CA ANZ at university career fairs and student society events to promote our brand and values.
  • Execute tactical campaigns to meet the needs of students and employers, and assist with the coordination of the CA Speaker Program.

We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused professional with a talent for building relationships and inspiring students and graduates to explore careers in accounting. You will be confident in both face-to-face and phone interactions, and thrive in environments like career fairs and industry events. You will be team-oriented, driven to make an impact, and excited to grow your network while shaping the future of accounting.

  • Experience in graduate recruitment or early careers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
