Lead Environmental Planning and Approvals

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our environmental planning and approvals team. This key role will be responsible for securing major project approvals for clients in the renewable energy sector.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental planning and approvals, with expertise in due diligence, land use planning, and post-approval management. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of environmental planners and approvers to secure major project approvals for clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet client needs and deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business success.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in environmental planning and approvals, with a strong focus on due diligence, land use planning, and post-approval management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
