About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Warners Bay Private Hospital. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for patients with a diverse range of conditions, including orthopaedic, reconditioning, and neurological patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for patients with a range of conditions
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment programs
  • Conduct hydrotherapy sessions and other forms of exercise therapy as required
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new patient programs
What You'll Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
  • Ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment programs
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
  • Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice
  • Ability to run hydrotherapy sessions
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
  • Ability to work Saturdays as required
