We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team as a Superintendent in the Water Reclamation Plants. This is a key position that requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on ensuring safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
About the RoleThis role will involve overseeing process monitoring, maintenance, guiding junior staff, and supporting plant upgrades. The successful candidate will have a strong background in water industry operations and be able to effectively manage a team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with environmental protection agency standards and regulations.
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment processes.
- Certificate IV in Water Industry Operations (Water/Wastewater) or equivalent qualification.
- Current Class C driver's licence.
- Certifications in First Aid and Confined Space Entry.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes.
- A competitive remuneration package including live sewer allowance and on call allowance.

- 12% superannuation.
