About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to apply their expertise in painting and colour matching.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match vehicle colours after preparation.
  • Build and maintain accurate colour libraries.
  • Carry out paintwork according to Job Sheet requirements.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to a high standard.
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention to detail.
  • Record any extra paint work required.
  • Report old damage or poor repairs to production managers.
  • Clean work areas and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support apprentices when required.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a Trade Qualified Spray Painter with:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working as a trade qualified painter.
  • A strong commitment to working safely and adhering to industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in colour matching and paintwork.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
