- Provide expert nursing advice and support to residents and their families, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with fellow nurses and healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Current AHPRA registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in aged care.
- Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and recent flu vaccination.
