Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical care team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized care to our residents, leading and mentoring care and clinical team members, and conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and mentor care and clinical team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide expert nursing advice and support to residents and their families, ensuring they feel informed and empowered.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Current AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in aged care.
- Proficiency in using various systems, including online care management programs.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and recent flu vaccination.
