About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team at Support Worker Co. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised care and support to people with disabilities, helping them live fulfilling lives.

The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including short 3-hour shifts and 8-hour shifts. You will assist participants with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting participants with engaging in community-based activities and promoting their independence.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to people with disabilities.
