Advocate for First Peoples

As an Individual Advocate, you will empower First Peoples with disability to participate in Australian society on an equal basis with others. You will work closely with our team to promote respect for human rights, secure social justice, and improve the lives of First Nations people with disability.
Your RoleIn this role, you will provide client-led advocacy services, working closely with First Peoples with disability, their families, and communities to promote and uphold their rights. You will conduct intake assessments, provide accurate information and referrals, and support clients in meetings and complaint processes.
