Senior Corporate Tax Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Corporate Tax team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will have expertise in corporate tax and advisory services, with the ability to provide tailored advice and insights to clients.
The role will involve managing overall client engagement, including relationship management, tax compliance and advisory work, as well as involvement in matters such as international tax, M&A and IPO transactions.
You will also be responsible for building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities, as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives in tax compliance and process-based activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to the delivery of exceptional service to clients.
Main Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and oversee tax compliance
- Provide expert advice on corporate tax and advisory services
- Participate in complex transactions, including international tax, M&A and IPOs
- Bid client needs and identify new business opportunities
- Support quality assurance initiatives and process enhancements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce, or equivalent qualification
- CA or CPA accreditation, or relevant industry certification
- Proven experience and technical skills in corporate tax and advisory
- Prioritise client satisfaction and consistently deliver high-quality results
- Experience leading, coaching and mentoring team members
