Advanced Practice Nursing Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to contribute to our healthcare service. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside passionate peers who share our values of integrity, innovation, collaboration, accountability, respect, and empathy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advocating for and facilitating the involvement of individuals, their families, and significant others in planning and evaluating care and progress toward health outcomes. You will collaborate with all members of the healthcare team and undertake activities within your scope of practice.
To be successful in this role, you must have AHPRA registration and ideally experience and knowledge in Aged Care. Understanding of the ACFI documentation & Aged Care Standards is also desirable. Recent nursing experience in a clinical setting is essential.
