At Australian Unity, we are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team as Home Care Support Workers. Our aged care customers (65 years old +) require support to live independently and remain within their own homes.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent part-time position offering 20-40 hours per fortnight, with flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7am - 6pm.
  • We provide travel allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between client visits.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Deliver high-quality home care services to our clients, including domestic assistance, social support, and administration.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living tasks based on their care plan.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship within the home and assist with unassisted shopping.
  • Report and maintain accurate progress notes.

We welcome applicants who have experience and/or qualifications as a Disability support worker, Assistant in Nursing (AIN), Community Services worker, or caregivers for family/friends.
