Medical Equipment Maintenance Opportunity

The role of Biomedical Engineering Officer/Technician is a crucial one in ensuring the optimal functioning of medical equipment at our facilities.

About the Job:

  • Undertake regular maintenance, inspections and functional checks for biomedical devices and systems to ensure they meet required technical standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop processes that advance the practices and technologies of biomedical engineering.

About You:

  • Proven experience in acquiring, maintaining and repairing electronic equipment to meet strict engineering standards.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices as they relate to biomedical devices and systems.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills across a multi-disciplinary environment.

This is a single vacancy, with two possible appointment classifications. The successful applicant will be appointed in the position appropriate to their skills, qualifications and experience.
