Job Title: Project Manager Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team in Canberra.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term position offering a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the risk, quality, and progress of a medium-sized ICT project to organisational standards. This includes ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Resource Management: Identifying and organising appropriate resources to staff projects, ensuring effective communication and understanding among team members.
  • Project Oversight: Managing and reporting project costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing project deliverables using Earned Value Management principles.
  • Risk Management: Performing ongoing review of project status, identifying project risks, and developing, recommending, and implementing risk mitigation solutions as approved.
Security Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. You will also need to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance.
