About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Funding Officer to join our team at Arcare Aged Care. As a Clinical Funding Officer, you will play a critical role in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding at our residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate AN-ACC assessments and complete resident documentation
- Identify opportunities for AN-ACC uplift and ensure accuracy and best practice at all times
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills
- Great documentation practice and understanding of care planning, goal setting, and evaluation documentation
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
