Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail marketing division, you will be responsible for merchandising products to optimize sales and customer experience.
About the Role:- Merchandise products to maximize sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain effective planograms to ensure in-store visibility and presentation.
- Set up and maintain point-of-sale displays to meet business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Process product pricing and ticketing accurately and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandise strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions and optimize product placement.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandise activities and report on performance metrics.
Requirements:
- You must be self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
- Able to lift up to 15kg.
- Flexible availability on weekdays.
- Available to work Fridays.
