Medicine Professional

This role is to provide medical care and support in a multi-disciplinary team environment. You will be responsible for assessing and managing patients across several clinical departments under the supervision of senior practitioners, while developing your skills in clinical decision making and practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a supervised environment.

Additionally, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Qualifications relevant to the role and previous experience in a medical department.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Adept written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
