Electrical Instrumentation Apprenticeship Overview

This four-year apprenticeship program offers specialist skills development and hands-on experience in a busy plant environment while completing your Certificate III in Engineering (Industrial Electrician) leading to Certificate IV in Engineering (Instrumentation).

About the Role

As an E&I apprentice, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and calibration of electrical and instrumentation systems. You will learn to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings, support fault-finding and troubleshooting activities, and gain hands-on experience with control systems, sensors, and automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a commitment to studying and training, possess good communication and teamwork abilities, have a valid driver's licence or be working towards obtaining it, and have successfully completed Year 12 or be currently completing or having completed a pre-apprenticeship.
