Electrical and Instrumentation Technician Position

We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team on a permanent full-time basis in Kwinana, WA.

The successful candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting abilities, a current WA A Grade Electrical Licence, and the capability to work independently within a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and day-to-day maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems, including regular safety testing.
  • Develop, review, and carry out high voltage isolations.
  • Liaise with suppliers to establish and order electrical equipment as required.
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous area requirements onsite.
  • Complete all documentation related to maintenance activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • A current WA A Grade Electrical Licence.
  • A Certificate IV in Instrumentation (highly desirable).
  • Qualifications in Hazardous Areas and HV Switching (desirable).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • The capability to work independently within a close-knit team.
