Procurement Specialist

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing with existing suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to approved vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience within a purchasing or procurement position.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyse data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
