Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports to senior stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across Junglee, Sportsbet, and Flutter International, communicating financial performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Provide financial due diligence support for potential M&A activities across the APAC region, integrating acquired businesses into the existing financial framework.
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability in the APAC market, leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards, maintaining robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, mentoring and developing team members to support their growth and contributions to the business.
  • Process Improvement & Transformation: Establish and optimize financial processes for efficiency and scalability, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
