Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer for a long-term contract position.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have expertise in cloud migration, SaaS solutions, data loss prevention, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in cloud migration projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Services
  • Detailed understanding of Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery, and Compliance
  • Ability to develop and maintain sound working relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Capability to work within tight deadlines and execute with limited information

Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified and Azure Certified are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in developing and optimizing Microsoft Office 365 backup strategy
  • Migrating Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint to Office 365
  • Providing hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure & O365 including Exchange Online; One Drive; Office 365 Groups; SharePoint; Teams; Azure Active Directory; PowerShell; Azure Services
  • Contribute towards knowledge transfer of skills and mentor staff as appropriate
