Job Description

About this Position:

  • A Federal Government Agency seeks a skilled Integration and Cloud Engineer.

This is a long-term contract opportunity with hybrid working arrangements, offering an exclusive chance to contribute to cloud migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in cloud migration projects including Microsoft Azure Services.
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing cloud-based SaaS solutions such as Microsoft Office 365.
  • Detailed understanding of Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery, and Compliance principles.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing Microsoft Office 365 backup strategies.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Infrastructure stack (Windows desktop and server), Microsoft Application & Azure Stacks.
  • Capability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with end users, key stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, proven ability to work under tight deadlines and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
  • Contribute towards knowledge transfer of skills and mentor staff as needed.
  • Industry certifications like Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Certified, MCSA, MTA, and VMWare are highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure & O365 features including Exchange Online, One Drive, Office 365 Groups, SharePoint, Teams, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, and Azure Services.
  • Office 365 migration including Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Solid and practical experience in MS Active Directory.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of Windows-based server operating systems, Windows 2012 - 2019.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • Active baseline security clearance is essential.
