Role Summary
Care WorkerThis position involves providing personal care services to older members of our community, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
- Deliver high-quality, client-centered care that meets the physical and emotional needs of each individual.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring a safe and dignified experience for each client.
- Support clients in achieving their therapy goals, promoting optimal health and functioning.
- A minimum of three months' experience in a similar professional role is essential.
- A valid Australian driver's licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle are required.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Competitive hourly rate plus superannuation and paid kilometres.
