Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a single property and ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing up to 250 units and possess excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease-up campaign of a luxury development in the works
  • Managing ongoing leasing of the building including conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and managing areas
  • Work closely with the concierge and property management team members
  • Report to the Senior Property Manger
  • Conducting routine inspections, private inspections, and open for inspections
  • VCAT preparation and attendance
  • Preparing marketing campaigns and material for properties
Requirements:
  • A current, valid Real Estate Licence and Driver's licence
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience working as Property Manager managing up to 250 units
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate leasing and strong influencing and negotiation capability
