We are seeking a highly skilled Migration Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to advise clients on suitable visa options, assess eligibility, and prepare complete visa applications in accordance with Department of Home Affairs requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on visa options and assess eligibility based on their personal and professional circumstances.
- Prepare and submit complete visa applications, including gathering necessary documents and information.
- Manage ongoing communication with the Department of Home Affairs, including responding to requests and monitoring application statuses.
- Assist clients in visa appeal or review processes, including preparing arguments and supporting documents.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Migration Agent.
- Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice.
- Successful completion of the Capstone Assessment.
- Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
- A collaborative and supportive working environment.
