">- We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) practitioner who will be responsible for providing end-to-end advice on all things people related.
- This is a unique opportunity for someone who is either experienced in a similar role or ready to step into a Business Partnering role.
About the Role
The HR practitioner will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to enhance people and leadership capability. They will manage the employee lifecycle end to end, ensuring the right people in the right jobs. This role requires intra/interstate travel on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and advice on all people matters, including IR/ER, policy, legislation and people-related issues.
- Develop and implement new initiatives, formulating policy, procedure and/or process where required.
- Act as a key stakeholder relationship builder and establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
