Test and Evaluation Specialist - Defence Projects Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation professional to provide oversight and governance for testing activities across digital transformation projects in a secure Defence environment. This role demands Defence domain expertise to ensure compliance with approved Test & Evaluation policies and processes.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Test and Evaluation within Defence programs, a solid understanding of Defence T&E policy frameworks and change processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with technical and project stakeholders.
Provide direction and governance for Test and Evaluation activities across Defence digital projects.
Ensure adherence to Defence Test & Evaluation policies and service change protocols.
Support the development and execution of test strategies and plans across project lifecycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and verify system performance.
Key Criteria:
Extensive experience in Test and Evaluation within Defence programs.
Solid understanding of Defence T&E policy frameworks and change processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical and project stakeholders.
Must hold an active NV1 security clearance.
