Role Description
We are working with a Federal Government client that needs a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Manager to establish and manage an enterprise wide major ICT change Test and Evaluation Framework. The Test and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for establishing a range of test artefacts, including the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), test plans, test cases and test workbooks for the UAT phase, as well as overseeing testing processes, evaluating performance, and ensuring the quality of the final solution. The role involves planning and executing test strategies, analysing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will work with a small T&E team to support the Project Manager to deliver the T&E effect.
The role is Canberra based. Whilst the role is hybrid, the expectation is a minimum of three days per week are in the office.
Note: a valid NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in test planning, execution, and evaluation
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in program or project management
