About the Role

We are seeking a Solutions Focused Employment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to secure employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to identify skills and become job-ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support referrals
  • Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • The ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
