As a leader in the agricultural services sector, we offer a unique opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Professional to join our team. This role is based in Albany and involves providing maintenance and repair services to our bulk handling equipment, including elevators, conveyors, and fixed/portable machinery.



About the Role


  • Maintenance Responsibilities: Assist in carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance and repairs to bulk handling equipment, including elevators, conveyors, fixed and portable machinery.
  • Diagnostics: Diagnose and fault-find PLC-controlled equipment, which includes but is not limited to elevators and conveyors, trippers, and dust systems.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete basic administrative tasks that are aligned to the maintenance function.
  • Remote Site Assistance: Provide electrical assistance to our remote receival sites in the Albany zone when required.
  • Training: Attend training and TAFE blocks where required.


Requirements


  • Valid 'C' Class Drivers Licence: A current and valid driver's licence is essential for this role.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Work at Heights: Ability to work at heights, confined spaces, and in areas with high grain dust concentration.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn are essential for this role.
  • TAFE Blocks: Ability to attend TAFE blocks where required.
