Electrical Apprentice Opportunity in the Australian Grain Industry

We are excited to offer an Electrical Apprenticeship opportunity within our team at CBH Group, a leading player in the Australian grain industry. This role will provide you with hands-on experience and training in electrical maintenance and repair, working on cutting-edge equipment.
About the Role:
- This apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to become a skilled electrical tradesperson, focusing on preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding of bulk handling equipment.
- You will work closely with experienced tradespeople, who will guide and mentor you throughout your apprenticeship, providing a supportive learning environment.
- As part of this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and fault-finding of PLC-controlled equipment, including elevators, conveyors, trippers, and dust systems.
Requirements:
- A valid 'C' Class Drivers Licence is essential for this role.
- Prior experience in a similar field is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- You must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in areas with high grain dust concentration.
- An attention to detail and a strong desire to learn are crucial for success in this role.
