Personal Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to provide exceptional in-home care and support to clients across Perth.

This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the chance to work in a supportive and positive environment where you can grow, share your knowledge, and truly make a difference.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assisting with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.

You will work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.

Key responsibilities include identifying client care needs and working collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.

You will also communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members, and support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence.

Requirements:
  • Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
  • Current Senior First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications
  • A roadworthy vehicle with a current driver's license
  • NDIS Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong expertise in mental health care
  • Flexibility with shifts and willingness to travel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards for home care
