Our hospital's Critical Care Department is inviting skilled Registered Nurses to take on a challenging role during a period of growth.
This opportunity is for experienced professionals who are open to developing their skills and knowledge to work across the Coronary Care Unit, High Dependency Unit and Intensive Care Unit.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Liaison Nurses and a Discharge planner.
As a Registered Nurse, you will apply your professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients with complex disease processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Mandatory:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a recognized health regulatory agency
- Experience working in a critical care environment, preferably in CCU, HDU or ICU
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through education and training activities
