**Harvest Specialist Role**

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented harvest specialist to join our warehouse team. As a key member of our produce supply chain, you will play a crucial role in selecting and packing top-quality fruit and vegetables with precision and care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Inspect and select fresh produce to meet strict quality standards
- Effectively manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize waste
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a fast-paced, efficient, and professional warehouse environment

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

- Experience in handling and processing fresh produce (ideally in high-end or wholesale environments)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative work environment
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work at a rapid pace
