**Job Description**

We are seeking a Support Operations Team Member to join our team. This role is responsible for general administration activities and ensures all visitors and contractors sign the visitor book in and out.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, with strong skills in administration, customer service, and time management. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Ensure visitors and contractors wear appropriate PPE, complete relevant safety inductions, and have valid competencies prior to being given security and site access.
  • Work with accounts payable to action overdue orders/accounts and incorrectly/incompletely coded requisitions and orders.
  • General reception and clerical duties including answering and diverting incoming calls.
  • Send and receive post (couriers), order stationery and office supplies.
  • Complete export in weighbridge and assist drivers when required.
  • Assist with document control of site administration including archiving of records under direction of Plant Manager.
  • Attend and document Site Leadership Team Meetings as required.
