Store Operations and Customer Service

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join our retail store at opening.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with store opening preparations and ongoing operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers

Flexible hours are available, including afternoon shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and rotating rosters. While full-availability is preferred, we understand the importance of school and university commitments and can accommodate these in our scheduling.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
