Job Opportunity: Service Training Expert

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate professional to lead the development of our Service Technicians. This role involves collaborating with the National Training & Field Assessment Manager and the broader Technical Training Team.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing, coordinating, and delivering technical training sessions for Technicians, Agents, and Managers
  • Developing, updating, and sharing best practices and technical knowledge
  • Providing technical support and resources to the service team and field staff
  • Conducting competency assessments and on-site work audits
  • Maintaining and managing technical documents to ensure accessibility and accuracy

This is a hybrid role offering flexible working arrangements, a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, iPad, and incentive program.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, facilitating training and conducting assessments within a field role. An understanding of technical product training will be beneficial.

A collaborative mindset, effective communication skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential for success in this role.
