Planogram execution requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. As a successful Planogram Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing planograms to exact specifications while maintaining harmonious relationships with store and retail management.

About the Role

This is a flexible role that involves approximately 25-30 hours of work per week in MAWSON. The working hours may vary based on business needs and are not limited to specific stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Built long-lasting relationships with store and retail management.
  • Execute planograms accurately according to established guidelines.
  • Perform tasks requiring physical effort such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and stacking products.
  • Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet.
  • Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally at all times.
Requirements
  • Planogram experience within a grocery/retail environment is essential.
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail are mandatory.
  • Able to work independently but also focused on the overall team goals.
