Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced merchandiser to join our team on an ongoing, casual basis. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for various tasks including creating and maintaining high-quality planograms, pricing, and ticketing compliance.

About the Job:

You will work closely with Grocery personnel to foster strong relationships and adhere to Coles Relay Standards. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Creating quality planograms in stores
  • Pricing and ticketing compliance
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
  • Adhere to Coles Relay Standards and Ways of Working
  • Evaluate store layouts to improve merchandise displays and maximize sales potential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience working within the retail industry is highly regarded
