We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate a passion for Australian Government initiatives, enjoy outside the box thinking, sharing ideas and building relationships.

The program provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills within an area of specialisation based on policy and legislation. As a graduate, you will get the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team in conducting research and analysis to providing advice.

You will receive tailored training and mentoring from subject matter experts to enable you to reach your full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery of legal and dispute resolution services through the provision of procedural, operational and legal support.
  • Analyse, interpret and apply legislation, policies, practices and precedents in the resolution of legal matters.
  • Manage disputes in a range of jurisdictions on behalf of the ATO in relation to non-tax legal matter.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be eligible to apply, you must have completed your university degree within the last five years or be in your final year of study. At the time of commencing our program, you must have completed all your course requirements.
