  1. Service & Compliance: Oversee delivery and collection operations, ensuring service standards and Community Service Obligations (CSO) are met
  2. Strategic Performance: Evaluate and drive achievement of short- and long-term business objectives
  3. Financial Management: Manage facility budgets to align with financial operating plans and identify cost-saving opportunities
  4. Customer Engagement: Lead initiatives that drive customer engagement and business outcomes in line with the company's broader strategy
  5. Safety Leadership: Establish a safety-first culture, ensuring the wellbeing of your team and contractors
