Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering personal care and domestic assistance to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their homes
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with meal preparation and household chores
  • Provide social support and companionship to clients
  • Travel between clients' homes to provide services
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a home care setting or in providing domestic support
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • A registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or a willingness to obtain them
  • Knowledge of community care and a commitment to maintaining high standards for clients and their families
