About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering personal care and domestic assistance to our clients. You will work in a team environment, providing social support and transportation services as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, social support, and transportation services to clients
  • Assist clients with activities that contribute to a clean, tidy, and safe living environment
  • Observe clients' physical, emotional, and behavioral status, and report any observations or concerns
  • Ensure clients' clothing and personal belongings are kept safe and well-maintained
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining friendly, supportive, and professional relationships with clients and their relatives
About You

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who share our values and are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients. If you have previous experience in a home care setting or providing domestic support, a current Victorian Driver's Licence, and a registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive car insurance, we encourage you to apply.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check, a satisfactory National Criminal Police Record Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check, and annual vaccination(s) as per our vaccination policy.
